This is a thick, mildly sweet, simple and tasty smoothie made in 3-5 minutes. I have tried many recipes and LOVE this one!
- 1 yellow mango, peeled, pitted and chopped.
- 1 big banana, peeled and chopped.
- 8 strawberries cut in half.
- 1 tbsp. Maple syrup (or ½ tbsp. honey).
- 400 mg. milk.
Method: In a blender puree mango, banana, strawberry and maple syrup until smooth. Add milk and blend thoroughly. Refreshing and absolutely delicious!
