Strawberry & Baby Spinach Salad

Ingredients:
Baby Spinach, 1 sac (150 gr.), washed and dried.
Fresh strawberries, about 450 gr. washed and sliced.
Sliced almonds, 3 tbsp. (to be toasted. See below).
Red onion, 1 small, thinly sliced.
Poppy seed dressing, 3 tbsp. (If the dressing is not available, mix 2 tbsp. of balsamic vinegar, 2 tbsp. of olive oil, 2 tbsp. of honey and a pinch of salt and powdered black pepper to use as a dressing).
Method: In a pan, roast almonds over medium heat, without using oil, for a few minutes, or until they are slightly golden. Mix baby spinach, strawberries, roasted almond and sliced onions. Toss with poppy seed dressing or the dressing of your own.
I love strawberry salad and this looks delicious!
Thanks! Glad you liked it 🙂
